He was predeceased by: his parents, David E. Kniffen and LaVonna Kniffen. He is survived by: his wife Janet Kniffen; his stepchildren, William, Brittany Harrison, Sue Ash, Christy and Zach Bennett; his grandchildren, Willie, Wade, Waylon, Ivey, Mitchell, Lila, Kaylee, Michael and Brooklyn; and his siblings, Kile Kniffen and Amanda McLean.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Tom M. Wages Lawrenceville Chapel (120 Scenic Hwy S, Lawrenceville, GA 30046). The lying in state was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Antioch Baptist Church (3878 Braselton Hwy, Buford, GA 30519). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
