She is survived by: her husband Johnny Tuggle; her son Casey Tuggle; her brothers, Lee Carithers and Richard Hammond; her grandchildren, Jaden Tuggle, Timyiaus Hill and Charlee Shy; her nieces and nephews, Dylan Carithers, Cody Roberts, Kim Hammond and Crystal Scruggs; her daughter-in-law Latonya Hill; and her close friend Lisa Gooch. She is also survived by extended family and friends.
