He was predeceased by: his parents, Tirrie Stephens and Bessie Stephens; and his sisters, Sara Mullins and Ann Stephens. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Stephens; his brother Bill Stephens (Jane); his children, Tim Stephens (Edie) and Doug Stephens (Amber); and his grandchildren, Matt Stephens, Curt Stephens, Christy Davidson (Brett) and Madelyne Osborne (Adam). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Donations may be made to Winder First Baptist, where Jack was a Faithful Member, Usher, Sec-Treasurer and former President of the Brotherhood Class.
