She was predeceased by: her parents, Ronald Edward and Donna Jean Ward Johnson; and her sister Polly Anna Lapsky. She is survived by: her husband Michael Martin of Winder; her children, Melissa Jo, Frank David Gwinn of Conyers, Amy, Jamie Chambers of Nicholson, Nicole and Moe Morice of Commerce; her grandchildren, C. J. Kade of Hilton Head, SC, Andrew Chambers of Nicholson, Madison Chambers of Nicholson, Avery Dale of Toccoa, Thomas Dale of Louisville, KY and Isabella Smith of Commerce; and her siblings, Ronald Edward Johnson of Winder and Velma Jane Kenney of Winder.
