It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Teresa Cook Millard of Winder, Georgia, who passed away on June 17, 2023, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Kenneth Millard; and her parents, Herbert Cook and Oleen Cook. She is survived by: her daughter Christy Christopher; her granddaughters, London Christopher and Reese Christopher; her daughter Kelly; her son-in-law Dustin Skelton; her granddaughters, Avery Skelton and Kenzie Skelton; her sister Rita Cook; and her nieces, Tiffany Setzer-Cowan and Angela Walls.
