He was predeceased by: his parents, Stoy Hogan and Gladys Hanes Hogan; and his brother Charles Hogan. He is survived by: his wife Kay Wall Hogan; his daughters, Brooke Spurlin (Terry) of Lexington and Stacy Hogan; his sister Ellen Hogan Oliver of Winder; and his granddaughter Allie Kay Spurlin of Lexington.

The family respectfully request in lieu of flowers, donations be made in memory of Mr. Hogan to New Pentecost United Methodist Church.

Our families did a lot of things together over the years. Stoy was one of the nicest people I’ve ever known. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.”
