We are sad to announce that on August 1, 2018, at the age of 63, Stephen Owens (Winder, Georgia), born in Buford, Georgia passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Stephen Owens to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Rudolph D. Owens and Runette Stewart Owens; and his brothers, Larry Rudolph Owens and Dennis Leon Owens. He is survived by: his daughter Rebecca Lynn Owens of Social Circle, GA; his siblings, Royce Lee Owens (Therasa) of Buford, GA and Shirley Ann Maddox; and also, Donnie Cleghorn and Flowery. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, uncles and aunts.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Flanigan Funeral Home to help with expenses in memory of Steve "Peck" Owens.
