It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Samuel Edward Rooks Sr. (Winder, Georgia), who passed away on August 16, 2022, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Rooks and Lessie Tinch Rooks; and his wife Carolyn Rooks. He is survived by: his children, Melissa Hope, Clarissa Stapleton (John) and Samuel Rooks (Rachel); and his grandchildren, Adam Barnette, Jeremy Kiley (Chelsea) and Anna Drake (Andrew). He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
