He is survived by: his wife Wanda Boswell Patrick of Winder; his children, Leslie Puckett (Lester) of Auburn, Joey Gee of Auburn and Kelli Tate of Elberton; his grandchildren, Stephen Puckett and Stefanie Puckett; and his siblings, Barry Patrick (Debbie) of Winder and Pam Tullis (James) of McDonough.
