He was predeceased by: his parent Richard B. Rupert. He is survived by: his parent Janie Cook Rupert of Winder; and his brothers, Mike Rupert (Penny) of Watkinsville, Chad Rupert (Nicole) of Watkinsville and Greg Rupert (Stacey) of Canton. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
