Rae D. Skinner Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Rae D. Skinner of Winder, Georgia, born in Wilson, North Carolina, who passed away on December 19, 2023 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Bob Holland and Leona Jones Holland; and her granddaughter Stephanie Wright. She is survived by: her husband Charles Skinner; her children, Billy Skinner (Penny) of Winder, Leabee Skinner (James Alexander) of Winder and Georgia; her grandchildren, Paige DuBose (Jadon), Carson Skinner (Jacob) and Laney Holland; and her siblings, Richard Holland, Betty Felton and Kim Biggs.
