He is survived by: his wife Tang Lor of Winder; his children, Kang Kuoch of Charleston, SC, Stephanie Kuoch of Winder and Jessica Kouch of Winder; his sisters, Kim Hong Holseberg of Charleston, SC and Kim Lang Jennings of Charleston, SC; and his grandchildren, Carmen Lu, Kristy Kouch and Kimberly Kuoch. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
