She is survived by: her parent Lillie Mae Greer Garner; her husband Donald Seagrs, Sr.; her children, Don Segars (Melissa) of Winder and Kay McMann (Daryl) of Athens; her grandchildren, Mary Catherine Segars, Lucy Segars Sorto (Carlos) and Avie McMann Vall (Kasey); and her great grandchildren, Mason Bomar, Julissa Sorto, Kael Vall and Kade Vall.
The family has respectfully requested that in lieu of flowers, donations be made in memory of Mrs. Nelda Segars to the Winder First Baptist Church building fund at 625 Jefferson Hwy, Winder, GA 30680.
