She was predeceased by: her father Kenneth Hayes. She is survived by: her husband Donald Ruark; her children, Ryan Ruark, Justin Ruark and Jason Ruark; her mother Claudette "Bootsie" Austin; and her sister Kelly Kennedy. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and one great grandchild.
