He was predeceased by: his wife Terry Jean Martin (Johnson); and his parents, Robert Lee and Annie Ruth Martin (Camp). He is survived by: his daughters, Amy (Jamie Chambers) and Nacole (Mo Morice); his grandchildren, Andrew Chambers of Nicholson, Madison Chambers of Nicholson, Avery Dale of Toccoa, Thomas Dale of Commerce and Isabellia Smith of Commerce; his stepdaughter Melissa Jo Gwinn (Frank David); his stepgrandson C. J. Kade of Covington; and his sister Deborah Stephens of Lawrenceville.
