He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman "Red" and Irelene Kistler Hendrix; and his sister Mary Laura Hendrix Thayer. He is survived by: his spouse Camilla Ann Moore Hendrix; his children, Michael A. Hendrix, Jr. (Karen) of Levant, ME, Kenneth Hendrix (Laura) of Otis, ME and Jennifer Hendrix Sherer (Todd) of Suwanee, GA; and his grandchildren, Wyatt, Samantha, Kolby, Hayden, Hunter, Whitney (Eddie), Kendra and Maddie.
The family requests those desiring to make a memorial donation in Michael's name may do so to the American Cancer Society.
