She was predeceased by: her husband Bobby Nelson Skinner; her parents, Talmadge Rowden and Mertice Rowden; her sons, Robby and Danny Skinner; and her siblings, Joyce Cash, Eudene Perkins, Matha Hayes and Bud Rowden.
She is survived by: her children, Jackie Wall of Sparta, Phil Skinner (Debbie) of Winder, Barry Skinner of Carnesville and Deeann Finch of Winder; and her siblings, Preston Rowden of Bogart and Shirley Baird of Braselton. She is also survived by friends and family.
