She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Jefferson Cheek and Virginia Inez Timms Cheek; her husband Talley Cleotis "Quoty" Goldsmith; her daughter Tammy Henson; and her siblings, Samuel Cheek, Roger Cheek and Frances Loftis.
She is survived by: her children, David Evans of Abbeville, SC, Jimmy Goldsmith of Hartwell, B. J, Windy Hudders (Bill) of Starr, SC and Marsha Bradley of Canon; and her sister Faye Davis of Elberton. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
