He was predeceased by: his parents, William Marion Gilley and Minnie Hall Gilley; his daughter Regina Dickson; and his sister Betty Bethune. He is survived by: his wife Alice Dykes Gilley; his children, Marla Smith (Homer) and Scott Gilley; and his grandchildren, Jessica Duren (Jeremy), Chris Gilley (Kristen), Natasha McCord (Tim), Jason Dickson (Jeannie) and Kenny Gilley (Kimberly).
