She is survived by: her children, Eileen Anderson of Plant City, FL, Monty Player of Lake Park, GA, Steve Colquett of Winder, GA, Nancy Colquett of Athens, GA and Bridget German of Winder, GA; her sister Cathy Murrell of Winder; her grandchildren, Brock, Sean, Adam, Laura, Summer, Yvonna, Jade, Chase, Bryleigh, Morgan, William, Matthew, Jude and Cash; her great grandchildren, Colby, Bella, Lexie, Michael and Taylor; and her great great grandchildren, Elijah, Walter, Serrana and Theodore.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 1st 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Carter Funeral Home (265 GA Hwy 211, Winder, GA 30680). The lying in state was held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Cornerstone Church (4680 Lexington Rd, Athens, GA 30605). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 at the Cedar Creek Baptist Church Cemetery (403 Cedar Creek Rd, Winder, GA 30680).
