She is survived by: her parent Eva Lou Davis McWaters; her husband Billy Tuggle; her son Dwayne Tuggle; her daughter-in-law April Tuggle; her daughter Michele Keen of Winder; her son-in-law Jamie Keen of Winder; her grandchildren, Nicole Keen, Shana Tuggle, Dylan Keen, Wyatt Tuggle, Dakota Keen and Tyler Keen; and her brothers, Alan McWaters of Clarksville, Gary McWaters of Dayville and Grady McWaters of Loganville.
