He is survived by: his wife Linda Allen Clack of Winder; his daughters, Bonnie Willard (Mike) of Winder and Nancy White (Jerry) of Winder; his sister Mary Lee Ivey of Montgomery; his grandchildren, Bree Baxter, Audrey Willard, Nicholas and Lily White; and his niece-daughter Susi Hayes. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and great-great nieces and nephews.
