He was predeceased by: his wife Betty Ann Reed Hayes; and his parents, Elias Hayes and Laura Hayes. He is survived by: his daughters, Deborah Hogg (Ken) of Columbus, GA and Sandra Stinchcomb (Paul) of Winder, GA.; and his grandchildren, Phillip McLendon (Candy), Renee Sprague, Charity Montgomery (Bronson), Elias Stinchcomb, Russell Stinchcomb (Erin) and Wesley Stinchcomb (Marina). He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren, four great-great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and other extended family.
