He is survived by: his wife Khim Siv Ung; his children, Ngy Chang Brown of Suwanee, Ly Chiev Chang of Winder, Huy Chang Harwell of Winder and Ty Chiev Chang of Winder; and his children-in-law, Bob, Samantha, Clark and Emily. He is also survived by his fourteen grandchildren, and great-nieces and great-nephew.
