He is survived by: his wife Teresa Still Holbrook; his children, Amanda Lutz (Dave) of Winder, Christopher Holbrook of Winder and Tammy Holbrook of Atlanta; his grandchildren, Dylan Ledbetter, Angel Ledbetter and Abby Knight; and his siblings, Debbie Holbrook Rice (Eric) and Allen Holbrook (Colleen) of Loganville, Georgia..
