She was predeceased by: her parents, Sunghak Kim and Sukkeum Whang; her husband Mike Manpyo Hong of Auburn; her daughters, Laura Songah Hong of Oregon and Joy Songhae Hong of Auburn; and her grandsons, Dylan Brimdal of St. Pierce and Ethan Brimdal of Ocoee.
She is survived by: her siblings, Yong Kap Kim of San Francisco, California, Yong Ho Kim of San Francisco, California, Yong Soo Kim of Vacaville, California, Kyunghwa Kim of San Francisco, California and Yong Choel Kim of Concord, California..
Visitation was held on Sunday, February 23rd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Maddox-Carter Memorial (265 GA Hwy 211, Winder, GA 30680). A funeral service was held on Sunday, February 23rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
