She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Garner and Ruth Garner; and her sister Joyce Garner. She is survived by: her husband Doug Bowen; her son Greg Bowen; her daughter-in-law Kim Bowen of Braselton; her son Matt Bowen; her daughter-in-law Shannon Bowen of Jefferson; and her grandchildren, Jared Beard, Lindsey Beard, Dylan Anderson, Cole Bowen, Cooper Bowen, Brady Bowen, Cassidy Gable and Brant Bowen. She is also survived by four great grandchildren and numerous family and friends.
