She is survived by: her husband Anthony Fortner; her children, Charles Fortner and Jennifer Weaver; her siblings-in-law, Timothy Fortner and Jenny Fortner; her son-in-law Bryan Weaver; her grandchildren, Alexis Weaver (Lexie), Krysten Weaver and Rachael Weaver; and her niece Jessica Fortner. She is also survived by numerous extended family and friends.
