He is survived by: his wife Loretta Sikes Waters; his children, Paul T. Waters (Donna) of Winder, Philip J. Waters (Kristen) of Auburn and Julia Ann Stuart (Lee) of Canton; his grandchildren, Jonathan Waters (Ansley), Anna Newton (Brad), David Waters (Neeraja), Drew Welch (Katie), Brianne Welch, Noah Stuart, Ava Stuart, Eli Waters and Nathan Waters; and his great grandchildren, John Luke Waters and Blakelee Waters.

Donations in memory of Julian Waters may be made to Winder First Baptist Church Greater Vision Fund.
