He was predeceased by: his wife Glender Stinchcomb Casper; and his parents, Edward Casper and Lunette Finch Casper. He is survived by: his children, Terry Joe Casper (Robbin) of Winder and Chris Elam (Terry) of Winder; his sister Penny Kirkland (Eric) of Richmon, VA; his grandchildren, Paige Dolby, Christopher Phillips and Callie Casper; and his great grandchildren, Walker, Katrina, Lane and Blakely.
