She is survived by: her husband Donald Duane Dowker of Winder; her children, Traci Strickland (Blake) of Jefferson and Anthony Dowker (Jessica) of Jefferson; her brother Eddie Pethel (Rachel) of Jefferson; and her grandchildren, Isabella, Gabby, Grant, Alyssa and Wyatt.
