He is survived by: his wife Jewell Ensley; his daughter Deborah Lynn Ensley Blihovde of Lilburn, GA; his grandchildren, Ashley Lynn Blihovde of Chamblee, GA and Brent Andrew Blihovde of Lilburn, GA; and his brothers, Kenneth Ensley and Benny Ensley. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
