James Preston Still Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Preston Still of Winder, Georgia, who passed away on September 15, 2024, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Though James Preston may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those James Preston touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Olin Preston and Celia Estelle Wilburn Still; and his stepmother Thelma Mobley Still. He is survived by: his wife Reba Allgood Still of Winder; his daughter Mary Joyce Climie (Wade) of Dayton, OH; and his grandchildren, Samantha, Lydia and Robby Climie.
