We are sad to announce that on January 2, 2023, at the age of 85, James Patrick Hoover of Winder, Georgia, born in Crossville, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father James Madison Hoover; his former wife Betty Jo Hoover of Auburn; and his stepson Dennis Clyde Testement of Auburn, Georgia.. He is survived by: his daughter Jamie Gordon (Jim) of Auburn; and his stepsons, Larry Testement (Connie) of Braselton and John Testement (Hope) of Gainesville. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
