With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Melvin Jett of Winder, Georgia, who passed away on April 18, 2022 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, E. B. Jett and Mildred Jett. He is survived by: his wife Yvonne Lanier Jett; and his brothers, Robert W. Jett of Gainesville and Michael Jett of St. Petersburg, Florida. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
