He is survived by: his wife Karey Holcomb Russell of Winder; his children, Rob Russell of Winder and Kate Russell (Caleb Minor) of Decatur; his siblings, Ann Russell Parker of Athens, Judy Russell Dodd (Kenny) of Townsend and Bob Russell (Jill) of Darien; his nephews, Worth Parker (Katy) and Cap Russell (Mary); and his great-niece AB Parker.
