He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerry Kadlec and Mary Perry Kadlec. He is survived by: his wife Anne Kadlec of Winder; his brothers, Stanley Kadlec, Chris Kadlec and Stephen Kadlec; and his sisters-in-law, Paula Hague and Maureen Roy.
A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Maddox-Carter Memorial (265 GA Hwy 211, Winder, GA 30680).
