He is survived by: his wife Nancy Oldroyd Spain of Winder; his daughters, Stephanie Perkins (Jesse) of Chattanooga, Amber Spain of Winder and Melissa Spain of Farmington, MO; his siblings, Terry Lee Spain (Gina) of Fenton, MO and Janis Lutes (Mike) of Festus, MO; and his nieces and nephews, Bryan Spain, Travis Lutes, Holly Spain and April Troxel.
