He is survived by: his sons, Christopher Ryan Ruark of Winder, Justin "Bubba" Ruark of Winder and Jason Lee Ruark of Winder; his sisters, Kimberly Ruark of Bethlehem, Tammy Reece of Bethlehem and Christel Adams of Loganville; and his mother-in-law Bootsie Austin. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
