He was predeceased by: his parents, Marianne Cooper and Eugene Falken; and his brother Thomas Falken. He is survived by: his wife Jeanne; his daughters, Nicole, Lauren and Kimberly; his grandchildren, Brayden, Rylee and Lincoln; and his siblings, Daniel Falken, Deborah Falken and Liz Washburn. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and close friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to either the American Stroke Association or the American Heart Association.
