Chase III (Kristy Chase) of Winder, GA and Amy Chase Sery (Matthew Sery) of Brookhaven, GA; his grandchildren, Sam Chase of Lawrenceville, James Edward Sery, Anna Beth Sery and John Charles Sery (Jack); his wife Dean Morrow Chase of Winder, GA; his brothers, Donley Chase of Atlanta, GA and Tom Moore Chase (Barney) of White Oak, SC.; and his grandchildren, Anna Beth and Jack.
