He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl John Palmer Sr. and Helen Palmer; and his brother Lawrence Palmer. He is survived by: his wife Virginia Palmer; his daughters, Sabrina McAuliff (Patrick) of Winder and Kristinia Dupuy (Ronnie) of Metairie, LA; his sister-in-law Delores Diagle of Diamond Head, MS; and his grandchildren, Madison McAuliff and Ethan McAuliff.
The family has asked that donations, in memory of Carl, be made to the non-profit Veterans organization of your choice.
