She is survived by: her parents, Dave VanSlyke and Kathy VanSlyke of Winder; her daughter Kayleigh Wilhelm Anderson (Eric); her grandson Henry; her son David Wilhelm, III of Muskegon, MI; her sister Tanya Barrett; her niece Laila Barrett; her nephew Lane Barrett of Winder; and her grandfather Doyle Bradley (Toula) of Athens.
