She was predeceased by: her parents, Dewey Perkins and Lois Perkins. She is survived by: her husband Douglas Franklin Casper; her children, Christopher Douglas Casper (Jeri) and Cindy England (Terry); and her sister Diane Cook (Edwin). She is also survived by four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
