It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Bertie Colleen Winkler (Winder, Georgia), who passed away on February 3, 2019, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Dewey Garrett and Bertie Cruce Garrett; and her grandchild Sean Michael McCormick. She is survived by: her children, Gail McCormick of Charlotte, NC and JoAnna North of Snellville, GA; her siblings, Bill Garrett, Donald Garrett and Carolyn Crane; her grandchildren, Megan McCormick Jones, John M. North and Nicholas G. North; and her great grandchild Michael Sean Jones.
