He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Collier and Leola Collier. He is survived by: his brother Keith; his sister-in-law Chay Collier; his sons, Chris and Kevin Collier; his children-in-law, Michelle and Christy; and his grandchildren, Gracie, Gavin and Liam. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and friends.

In honor of Scott's memory, donations can be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in lieu of flowers.
