Laurel Shiflett Cavner Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Laurel Shiflett Cavner of Wilmington Island, Georgia, born in Macon, Georgia, who passed away on April 13, 2021 at the age of 52. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Michael Paul Cavner. She is survived by: her children, Chloe and Cole; her parents, Steve Shiflett and Penny Shiflett of Macon; her siblings, Steven of Macon and Amy Haas (Steve) of Dunwoody; and her parents-in-law, Dwight Cavner (Mary Beth) of Ardmore and Elsia Larson (John) of Mission. She is also survived by nephews, a niece, aunts, uncles, and many close friends and Phi Mu sisters.
