He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack W. Deleshaw and Dorothy Royals Deleshaw; his sister Jean Cobb; his brother-in-law Charles Cobb; and his brother Howard Deleshaw.
He is survived by: his children, Kristina Holmes (Chad) and John Smith; his grandchildren, Nick Roden, Joe Roden, Bethany Roden, Chloe Holmes and Riley Holmes; his siblings, Gail Deleshaw and Jack Deleshaw (Melanie); his nieces and nephews, Jack III, Brian, Wes, Brad, Waylon, Clint, Clay and Dana; and his pets, Gucci, Stella and Murphy.
