He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Custer and Elaine Bowker Custer; his wife Linda Smallwood Custer; and his siblings, Larry and Karen.
He is survived by: his children, Crystal Chappell (Jason), Aubrey Terri Jean Custer and Tony Mobley; his grandchildren, Trevor, Trenton, Jaynie, Layla, Braylen, Liam, Cambrie, Brody and Summer; and his sisters, Brenda, Melody (Primo), Lori (Danny) and Dana (John). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
