She was predeceased by: her parents, Rev. W. B. Hill and Theo Moore Hill; her husband Jim F. Purkey; her siblings, Miss Frances Hill, Gerald Hill and Ludie Hill; and her great grandchild Wyatt R. Mezick.
She is survived by: her son Mike; her children-in-law, Patricia Purkey, Lori, Aaron Stewart, Mandy, David Anderson and Ben McCullough; and her grandchildren, Michael Purkey Jr., Sean Purkey and Candace Purkey Mezick (Chaz). She is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends.
